Delivery and order policies
Shipping and delivery
Each print is produced to order by our specialist print partner, Prodigi.
Standard shipping is included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise during checkout. Production and delivery times vary depending on the destination. You will receive a confirmation email after payment and tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Orders may be produced and shipped from different locations. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their country.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
Cancellations and returns
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered production can normally be cancelled for a full refund.
Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us before returning a print so that we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
The print must be returned in its original condition and protective packaging. Unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned print has been received and inspected.
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Damaged, defective or incorrect prints
Every print is made and inspected individually. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order reference and clear photographs of:

Please keep the print and all packaging until we have reviewed the issue. If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate refund at no additional cost.
Minor differences between colours displayed on a screen and the finished physical print are normal and are not considered defects.
These terms do not limit your statutory rights. EU customers receive a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods under applicable consumer law.
